After impressive growth, I’m recruiting for case managers to join a successful occupational health organisation who specialise in improving mental and physical health in the workplace. 

Duties

• Complete telephone assessments to establish reasons for ill health/injury
• Provide advice and work closely with the team members to create a tailored health care plan for the individual
• Support the delivery of a range of stepped care interventions to those with reactive life events and common mental health problems
• Demonstrating empathy and effective listening
• Effectively identify and appropriately escalate any safeguarding issues
• Managing multiple cases to meet customer deadlines and service standards
• Writing reports for clients
• Ensure all information is accurately recorded

The person

• Qualified Counsellor/CBT Therapist/ Mental Health Nurse
• Providing high quality interventions in accordance with NICE guidance
• Hold excellent communication and rapport building skills
• A passion for helping people and an interest in health and wellbeing
• Teamworking skills to collaborate with other healthcare professionals
• BACP Accreditation or happy to work towards
• A passion for helping people and providing excellent customer service
• Active listening skills – empathetic approach
• Ability to understand the impact of work on an individual and the impact of ill health on an individual’s ability to work
• Ability effectively manage workload to meet to deadlines and service standards
