What’s the opportunity?
Your Key Responsibilities
Plans, develops, coordinates and monitors business relations and development measures for dedicated independent, National and local customer accounts.
Supports the negotiation of sales agreements, general terms and conditions, and overall business volumes with local customers.
Develops relationships with key personnel, principles, sales teams, category managers and buyers.
Customer Branch visits, gathering information, market intelligence, increasing product visibility & awareness, problem solving, technical queries, pricing issues, range amendments.
Trade shows / Customer house shows, trade stand set up, presentations, networking, customer education, Repxpert events.
Support tender discussions, terms, rebates, negotiations
Training support, warranty, staff training, procedures & catalogue.
Customer stock profiling, data analysis (gap analysis), customer targets
Your Qualifications
Industry knowledge / product knowledge/ Aftermarket experience preferred.
Excellent communication skills
Good Maths skills
Good IT / Digital skills
Driving Licence required
