Salary £23,000 -£25,000 (DOE)

A leading supplier to some of the biggest companies in the UK and beyond, are looking to welcome an experienced stores operative to their family. In this role you will work in small team based onsite at their customers factory in Stonehouse and will work to ensure their supply and equipment needs are met whilst maintaining strong relationships and ensuring order processing is well organised. This role will give the Storeman the opportunity to work within a busy Engineering environment and to gain exposure to a variety of experiences whilst supporting the customer to ensure they have the parts, spares and tooling they need to operate whilst liaising with suppliers.

What are we looking for?

• Team Player: Strong team skills and the ability to interact well with customers and colleagues
• Strong Communication: Demonstrates the ability to communicate both verbally and in writing with a wide range of customers and colleagues
• Customer Service experience and from a manufacturing/MRO/PPE background
• Answering phones and responding to client request and enquiries
• Keeping track of back orders and inventory
• Support the Insite Manager in sourcing (Stock/Non Stock) items in line with the customer’s requirements and demands.
• Supporting the operational teams
