Operations Controller

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Support in the Management of the allocation of field resource to ensure that all Project and Health & Safety requirements are met
• Manage and maintain accurate Field Resource schedule.
• Assist to produce weekly team schedules.
• Liaison with field teams and problem resolutions if necessary
• Consult and communicate with employees and management on health and safety matters

Skills and Attributes:

• Proven ability and demonstrable experience in performing a Service Delivery role within an operational setting.
• At least 2 years’ experience of working in an operational led role.
• You must have a basic knowledge of Health & Safety
• Organised with good time management and the ability to rapidly switch between different tasks and being able to prioritise your workload.
• Experience of working in an operational environment alongside other technical and operational teams
