Marketing Coordinator – Part Time

Quedgeley, Gloucester

Fixed Term Contract: Mid June 23 – Mid May 24

Can be 2 full days or 4 half days between the hours of 9:00am -17:30pm

Job Duties

Marketing Reports – Reporting back on performance and demonstrating ROI.

Run Marketing Meetings to keep internal shareholders updated with the marketing progress.

Producing Content for LinkedIn Content – In line with Brand Guidelines

Quarterly Company presentations

Work with local partners and industry partners to promote business.

Monitor industry news.

Work with the web design and SEO agency to develop strategies to improve the site’s SEO.

Working with partners building pool of content for blogs for website and content for social media

Create and upload copy and images for the organisation’s website.

Write and dispatch email marketing campaigns.

Manage the contact database and assist with lead generation activities.

Contribute to social media engagement and brand awareness campaigns.

Contributing ideas to marketing campaigns

Conducting research and analysing data to identify and define audiences.

Skills and Experience required.

Literate in Excel, Word, Outlook and Canva

Position is subject to a full credit check and police check carried out upon acceptance of position.

CIM certification or similar industry certification
