My globally award-winning client is currently looking for a very experienced individual to work in their global product management team and closely with the Director on a variety of projects. This would be an incredible opportunity for a driven individual.
Specific Job Responsibilities
At a regional level you will have the following core responsibilities: –
- Monitoring and analysis of product sales performance and reporting such to relevant stakeholders.
- Localising and executing product launches.
- Definition of product-centric sales targets.
- Management of pricing requests to ensure profitability of the business.
- Collaboration with the other global and regional marketing functions to develop effective campaigns and communications (channels and artefacts).
- Development of new initiatives for lead generation.
- Provide input into ongoing projects/programmes within the global marketing community.
- Work closely with the Global Product Management team on the definition of new products to ensure they can meet the needs of your region.
- Be an ambassador and brand champion throughout the organisation; be passionate, creative and committed to achieving sales success.
- Be an ambassador for global marketing; strive to add value for the wider organisation and for affiliates, driving marketing excellence across the organization.
- Be a collaborative team member; communicate and listen effectively in the global marketing team, global commercial team, brand team, local countries and project teams.
- Be a leader; manage projects and meetings effectively, using authority and influence appropriately and building relationships with stakeholders
Required Qualification and Experience
Bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing and/or a related technical field or an equivalent combination of education and technical/ professional or proven experience. Holding a business management qualification is an advantage.

- Demonstrable product, application and market knowledge
- Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to build productive relationships at all levels
- Proven project and/or campaign management skills

- Financial and controlling skills
- International marketing experience desirable
