Product Support Engineer

My client, a global leader in the design and manufacture of electro-mechanical products for a range of industries are in search of a Strategic Planner to join their established, passionate team.
As the Product Support Engineer you will be working alongside a team to ensure the company provide technical support to the companies network.
The Responsibilities
- Provide efficient technical support to the network and key customers via multiple pathways and manage customer issues in a professional manner
- Generate documentation and technical content and work with document team to ensure all product documentation conforms
- Support continuous improvement of technical support to provide best support
- Be an ambassador for tech support
- Ensure when Tech support staff visit customer sites that risk assesments are always completed
- Work with Global technical support to develop and implement a training strategy for the introduction of new products
- Support of technical or product issues which arise during the manufacturing process

Essential
- Degree/HNC in Electrical Engineering and/or accrediation with “the institute of engineering and technology or an equivalent combination of education and technical experience
