Our client based in Hereford is looking for permanent operatives to work for them on a temporary to permanent basis. You will be responsible for ensuring quality products by mixing materials within a factory setting.
Contract type: Temporary to Permanent
Salary: £11.90 per hour
Shift pattern: Monday to Friday (rotating shifts) 6am-2pm;2pm-10pm;10pm-6am
Experience required: Full training provided previous experience in machine based role
Key Responsibilities:
• To operate production safely following, undertaking whatever duties are necessary to ensure compliance within the quality and waste standards required by the Company.
• Carrying out full quality assurance checks and critical control checks
• Assembly
• Machine operation
• Stock replenishment
• Be constantly vigilant to process or quality faults and ensure a thorough examination of the material, supporting line management in undertaking appropriate remedial action to correct the faults.
In return the client is looking for an ambitious individual who is looking to grow and develop, with realistic progression opportunities within the company. The want someone who would like to develop into line management and supervisory roles in the future and will support this progression with any relevant training. They will increase the salaries to match the development undertaken.
