Production Team Leader

Job Title: Production Team Leader/ Supervisor 

Salary: Up tp £27,500

Hours: Monday – Friday 2pm – 10pm

Location: Cheltenham

Do you have experience as a manager or supervisor within production? Do you have experience ensuring that an efficient production operation is met? Working for an industry leader, you will be You will be supporting the Operations Manager in leading the production team and will be fully responsible for the shift. This is a permanent opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To supervise and manage direct reports in accordance with the company policies and procedures and organise the operatives in their area of responsibility.
• Ensures all equipment operates to the correct standards and all tasks are carried out effectively.
• To ensure the operatives comply with all Company standards when working (Health and Safety, hygiene, etc).
• To ensure everyone in the area of responsibility knows what is expected of them in their role and has received the appropriate training.
• To lead and organize the Production to maintain the through flow of work to satisfy customer requirements, on time, in full.
• Ensures quality standards and a focus on customer specification are maintained in their area.

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in management of workplace health and safety.
• Proven supervisory experience.
• Attention to detail and accuracy.
• Ability to prioritise own and others’ workload.
• Ability to use initiative and work as part of a team.
