Project Administrator

Due to growth, my client are looking to add to the current team by hiring a Project Administrator to manage their orders and contracts. Offering a starting salary of £20,000 – £23,000, fantastic career progression opportunities plus great benefits detailed below.

The ideal candidate for this role needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment,  both on their own and as part of a team with a keen eye for detail. 


  • Create job packs for field staff
  • To download site data and maintain survey data.
  • To assist with new projects set up including creating, populating and maintaining site folders
  • Maintain internal project and financial databases and tools
  • Maintain data in customers databases and tools
  • To ensure that all work packs are complete and correct and in line with company and Health & Safety Procedures.
  • Liaising with engineers and the project team
  • Assisting with other administrative duties as required


  • Able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to use Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
  • Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally
  • High attention to detail
  • Ability to manage time effectively
  • Efficient and highly organised
  • Good team player and highly customer focussed
  • A great sense of humour highly beneficial, but not essential!
