We are looking for a Project Administrator to join our Cheltenham based client. Based within the energy sector partnering with major clients you will be assisting with back office support and helping with administrative tasks within the technical team. 

A Project Administrator is responsible for:

• Creating flow charts.
• Creating reports of software issues.
• Taking meeting minutes. 
• Logging of new enquiries and purchase orders, completing electronic forms
• Managing all electronic project folders and their information

To be a successful Project Administrator you need to:

• Have strong IT skills, especially using Microsoft Office (Word and Excel)
• Have a keen eye for detail, with excellent levels of accuracy in work
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Possess strong communication skills and the confidence to deliver excellent customer service

The successful Project Administrator will be paid a salary of £12.80ph. The job requires you to drive due to location. Monday – Friday 09.00am – 17.00pm. This opportunity is a temporary contact with the possibility to go permanent for the right person. Immediate start from Monday available.
