Due to growth, my client are looking to add to the current team by hiring a Project Administrator to manage their orders and contracts. Offering a starting salary of £20,000 – £23,000, fantastic career progression opportunities plus great benefits detailed below.
The ideal candidate for this role needs to be able to work in a fast-paced environment, both on their own and as part of a team with a keen eye for detail.
THE ROLE AND RESPONSIBLITIES:
- Create job packs for field staff
- To download site data and maintain survey data.
- To assist with new projects set up including creating, populating and maintaining site folders
- Maintain internal project and financial databases and tools
- Maintain data in customers databases and tools
- To ensure that all work packs are complete and correct and in line with company and Health & Safety Procedures.
- Liaising with engineers and the project team
- Assisting with other administrative duties as required
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
- Able to work in a fast-paced environment
- Ability to use Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally
- High attention to detail
- Ability to manage time effectively
- Efficient and highly organised
- Good team player and highly customer focussed
- A great sense of humour highly beneficial, but not essential!
