Project Scheduler/Administrator

Due to growth, my client is recruiting a Project Administrator to join their dynamic team in Cheltenham. You will have scheduling or coordinating experience. Offering a starting salary of £23,000, fantastic career progression opportunities plus great benefits detailed below. 

WORKING HOURS:

Monday to Friday 

THE ROLE:

• Coordinate project timelines between clients and external stakeholders.
• Monitor project timelines and deadlines.
• Work with the scheduling team to set up assignments.
• Keep stakeholders informed and updated of project timelines and deadlines.
• Amend updates and changes to the project schedules.
• Document project scheduling processes.
• Office and administrative duties with the planning and scheduling.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Coordinating, scheduling or projects experience. 
• Experience working in an office environment.
• Administration experience.
• Excellent attention to detail.
• Excellent organizational, time-management, and communication skills.
• Good understanding of Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook.
