My Client, a world leading product development specialist, are looking for an enthusiastic, self-motivated and driven individual to join their PU Department.

The role requires you to create PU Tooling to make silicon moulds, also to work in the casting and finishing department when required.

Key areas of responsibility:

• Good hand-to-eye coordination and dexterity.
• Ability to read engineering drawings.
• Ability to use measuring equipment such as Verniers.
• Familiarity with manual lathes/mills and drills
• Familiarity with woodworking
• Familiarity with Solid works/mini magics.

Preferred Qualities/Experience:

• Engineering or mechanical apprenticeship.
• Mould design/making.
• Problem solving attitude.
• Computer literacy
• Craft or artistic background
• Excellent communication skills, good team worker, flexible and able to work under pressure.
• Excellent timekeeping and reliability
