Following a period of continued growth, RE Recruitment are looking for an administrator to join an established team at their client based in Stonehouse, Gloucestershire.

The client is an international brand within the automotive sector, where the successful candidate will join their purchasing team to assist with their increased daily workload. 

IMMEDIATE START AVAILABLE

Full training provided, with the core duties including: 

• Data entry on Microsoft Office applications & Company software
• Payment and processing of company invoices
• Raising Purchase Order Numbers in line with company spending
• Email & Telephone contact with suppliers to answer basic queries

Pay       £11.50ph

Hours   Monday – Thursday 08.00 – 17.00
            Friday 08.00 – 15.15

Although full training is provided, ideal candidates will have previous experience within an administrative role and be computer literate with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Office applications.
