Purchasing Administrator

Do you have experience within procurement or purchasing? Are you looking for a new opportunity within an excellent working environment? If so, this position based in Gloucester is the perfect position for you. Working as a Purchasing Administrator you will be organised and have strong communication skills. Working 35 hours per week Monday – Friday with a competitive salary this is a great opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Organisation of goods inwards and stock checking on these
• Working alongside other departments to identify purchasing requirements and solutions
• Process purchase requisitions and raise purchase orders using the company Oracle ERP system
• Liaising with suppliers for quotations and to ensure delivery schedules are adhered to

Skills and Attributes:

• Organised.
• Purchasing and procurement experience preferable but not essential.
• Ability to communicate via phone and email.
• Switched on individual.
