Warranty Assistant
Our client based in Rotherwas Industrial Estate is looking for a Warranty Assistant to help them assist with inspections and quality data.
Contract type: Temporary to potential permanent.
Salary: £11.92
Shift pattern: part-time Mon, Tues, Weds between 7.30am and 3.30pm
Experience required: Previous quality technician experience with a FLT would be desirable.
Responsibilities and Duties:
Assist the warranty supervisor in the checking of automotive components i.e. unpacking, sorting. Progression to inspection of parts once fully trained.
Maintaining relevant spreadsheets with a high level of accuracy.
Manual picking of claims for return to factors.
Ensure housekeeping within your area is maintained to the standard set by the company.
Partake in any Quality Circle meetings or continuous improvement activities.
Undertake any other reasonable tasks associated to the position.
Provide product expertise within team, and respond to operator queries
Work positively with support functions to fully define the processes/procedures/controls relevant to team activities. Provide support and input to continuous improvement activities within the team
