A leading events management company with an impressive portfolio of venues, are looking to welcome an enthusiastic and friendly individual to join their team as an Account Manager/Business Coordinator at their venue in Bath. This exciting opportunity would suit a recent events management graduate or a graduate with an interest in the sector looking to start a fun, rewarding career.

The Role:

• Represent the group in an appropriate and professional manner dealing with a variety of clients and requests.
• Act as the on-site co-ordination for delivery of hospitality activity working closely with the sales hub and delivery teams.
• Acting as client liaison to coordinate final booking details with smooth communication to the delivery team.
• Acting as account handler for specific existing client business.
• Liaison with finance, final details to ensure accurate invoicing, ensuring before-the day payments have been made.
• Work closely with operations and the delivery team to ensure accurate event setup and deliveries, briefing where necessary.

What are we looking for?

• A personable individual with excellent communication skills
• Educated to A-level standard or equivalent. Business/event management qualification preferred. 
• Previous experience within the following will be considered – customer service/events management/client liaison/business coordination/commercial coordination/sales/business development role
• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects in a multi-stakeholder environment, to tight timescales.
• Client and account management experience is preferred.
• The ability and flare to showcase a site or an event for business show rounds
• A passion for providing clients with a great experience
