REACH FLT Driver/ Warehouse Operative

Morning/Afternoon rotated weekly

£15.68 – £17.21ph (+ OT) 

RE Recruitment are looking for experienced Reach FLT Driver to join an established team in their New National Distribution Centre near Worcester.

Our client is internationally recognised and are regarded as the market leading brand within their sector. It’s an exciting opportunity to work in a brand new, state-of-the-art facility, alongside a welcoming and friendly team.

Successful applicants will have previous warehouse experience, but training will be provided.

Our client’s new premises offers a “high-tech” and new age environment with a careful balance of automation Vs. manual tasks that follows the evolution of modern-day warehousing. Accompanied by a fantastic rest area/kitchen facility, pool table and vending machines and free on-site parking.

Job role

• We are looking a Warehouse Operative to work as part of a well-established/friendly team
• Main duties include:
• movement of palletised goods for Goods In/Out
•  building/breaking down pallets of products to order
• printing pick notes/labels for despatch
• some basic use of IT
• Reach FLT/Counterbalance/combi lift experience beneficial

• Previous Warehouse experience is a must, but training will be provided.
• New FLT passes considered – Inhouse Refresher training/assessment will be provided upon start
• Good attention to detail
• Manual handling/ H&S adherence
• Clean environment, Excellent facilities.

Working hours are:

Week 1 – Monday – Friday 06.00 – 14.00 (06.00 – 13.30 Friday)

Week 2 – Monday – Friday 14.00 – 06.00 (13.30 – 21.00 Friday)

37 hours per week – weekly shift rotation between AM & PM shift
