Working a 9 month FTC in Gloucester, this is an excellent opportunity for someone wanting to grow within the HR and recruitment industry. With flexible working of 4 or 5 days a week and a salary of up to £24,000 you will be an integral part of the company. The opportunity of hybrid working is also available after initial training.

Roles and Responsibilities:
Providing support to the HR team through various administration tasks.
Monitoring and responding to general HR queries via phone and email.
Supporting the recruitment functions of the business.
Requesting employee references.
Advising staff on how to use company HR system.
Provide basic advice on policies and procedures to staff and managers.
Support with any ad hoc administration duties and projects as and when required.
Skills and Attributes:
1 years + experience within a HR or Recruitment based position.
Confident and approachable.
Excellent communication via phone and email.
High attention to detail.
Ability to prioritise workload and work to deadlines.
Able to use Microsoft office packages.
