A fantastic opportunity has arisen to join RE Recruitment as a Recruitment Consultant in Telford. Hot desk with big clients and potential to grow bigger contracts.

We are looking to appoint a driven and self-motivated individual; the successful applicant will have excellent rapport building skills with the ability to deliver outstanding levels of customer service.

This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a superb starting salary and other fantastic benefits with an uncapped monthly bonus scheme and more.

As a Senior Consultant you will be expected to:

· Have the ability to make daily outbound calls, to generate new business opportunities with current and lapsed clients

· Develop both new and existing business though strong account management

· Deliver exceptional levels of customer service to candidates and clients

· Communicate with stakeholders at various levels of seniority

· Input data and information onto a CRM system

· Have a confident telephone manner with the ability to communicate clearly

· Successfully match a candidates skill set to a job role through telephone and face to face interviews

Skills and attributes required to be a Recruitment Consultant:

· You will not be afraid to pick up the phone and make sales calls

· No experience required but experience in a sales or customer service environment would be beneficial

· Good work ethic, willing to go above and beyond to get the job done

· Outgoing, self-motivated and friendly personality

· Excellent organisational skills

· The ability to think on your feet and multitask

· IT Literate

· Hungry to develop your career and progress
