Monday – Friday (Flexi hours – Friday 1pm finishes)

Due to expansion an exciting opportunity has become available within RE Recruitment, the Recruiter’s fast 50 top ranked agency in the UK.

We are looking to appoint a highly driven, self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills to join the team. This would suit sales/business development professionals seeking a new challenge or graduates wanting to embark on their career.

You will be working in a varied, fast paced position, for a reputable organisation with great business links. Our culture is really important to us, we are team centric and support each other daily, there are lots of activities outside of work that you can choose to be involved in including: Charity Golf and shooting Events, Company vs Client Football Matches, family pantomime trips and the 4 day UK Challenge.

The Role

• You’ll be responsible for sourcing new clients, business development and building long term relationships
• Delivering excellent customer service to candidates and clients
• Resourcing suitable candidates and successfully matching skill for a variety of job roles
• You’ll be working towards sales targets to develop and grow client accounts

The Person

• You will have excellent communication skills and enjoy interacting with people
• You will be self motivated and driven to succeed
• Ideally you will have a proven track record in any of the following: recruitment/sales/business development, resourcing, customer service, but more importantly is the ambition and commitment to be a success.
• You will have good organisational skills with the ability to multi-task
