Recruitment Consultant

Are you seeking a new exciting opportunity in which every day is different?

We are looking to appoint a driven, self-motivated and entrepreneurial Recruitment Consultant to join the business on our Commercial desk. You will have at least one to two years sales experience, ideally within B2B. The successful applicant with have excellent rapport building skills with the ability to deliver excellent levels of customer service. This is a full time, permanent opportunity offering a superb starting salary plus fantastic benefits and a monthly bonus scheme with flexblie working. Cheltenham. 

THE ROLE AS A RECRUITMENT CONSULTANT:

• Develop new and existing business, though strong account management.
• Deliver exceptional levels of customer service to candidates and clients.
• Input data and information daily, onto a CRM.
• Ability to account manage exisiting clients.
• Source for candidates on various different job boards.
• Be creative, with job adverts. 
• Confident telephone manner, with the ability to communicate at different levels of seniority. 
• Successfully match a candidates skill set to a job role, through telephone and face to face interviews.

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES REQUIRED:

• 1 to 2 years sales experience, ideally B2B. 
• Degree – Graduate.
• Outgoing, self-motivated and friendly personality. 
• Excellent organisational skills.
• The ability to think on your feet.
• Computer Literate – Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint CRM. 
• Hungry to develop your career.
