Retail Supervisor

We have an exciting opportunity for a Dayshift Replenishment Supervisor to manage one of our clients based in Hereford. A challenging role that will need leadership and drive as you coach your team to deliver great on shelf availability for our clients valued customers. Keeping your team focused on delivering great results and working in a safe manner will be key. The role may involve some duty management where full training will be given. Real opportunities for progression with many of our Supervisors moving into Store Management roles.

Role Responsibility includes:

• Ensuring that the team comply with legal standards and company procedures at all time
•  Reducing stock loss by challenging causes of shrinkage and wastage
• Reducing replenishment costs, by ensuring stock is always handled efficiently, products have appropriate space for rate of sale and accuracy and security in the goods receiving department
• Working with the stock control and delivery teams to resolve causes of off-sales
• Effective replenishment to ensure that the branch maintains availability for our customers

Your will have the following skills:

• Previous experience in a supervisor role
• Excellent customer experience
• Previous food retail experience desirable but other industries will be considered
• Excellent work ethic

Hours of work: 0900-1700 – MON to FRI with a degree of flexibility

Pay: £12-14 per hour (DOE)
