My prestigious client are looking to hire a Sales and Customer Service Consultant to join their dynamic team in Cheltenham. You will have customer service or sales experience. Offering a starting salary of £19,500 plus commission and great benefits.
THE ROLE:
• Selling holidays and tours to suit customer requirements;
• Selling holiday insurance and other related products;
• Responding to customer enquiries;
• Taking customer payments;
• Answering incoming calls;
• Providing exceptional customer service;
• Logging customer booking details onto the booking system;
• Completing paperwork to be sent out to customers;
• Processing brochure requests;
SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:
The ideal candidates will have excellent communication and customer services’ skills, be computer literate, a fast learner, friendly and patient along with the ability to maximise every sales opportunity. Prior telesales or customer service experience ideally in a travel environment is desirable. Training will be provided.
As our Reservations office is open seven days a week, flexibility in terms of working hours is a must. In return there are flexible working arrangements.
