£40,000-£50,000 per annum + company car

We are delighted to be recruiting a salesmanager to join a globally successful, family-run business. This is an excellent opportunity for a dedicated professional looking to progress within a UK-leading company with an ever-growing international presence. The successful candidate will need knowledge and experience of agricultural machinery.

Responsibilities

• Developing the existing accounts of dealers and distributors
• Responding rapidly to industry changes to stay competitive and high value
• Actively prospecting new business over the phone
• Consistent digital marketing, primarily through social media
• Optimally managing the marketing budget
• Representing the business at events and exhibitions
• Cross-departmental collaboration to ensure effective delivery of value to customers

The Person

• Experience of the agricultural industry and machinery
• Sales experience
• Looking to progress within the business long term
• Collaborative, adaptable, and reliable
• Highly competent IT user
