WORKING HOURS:

Monday – Friday, 9 – 5:30

1 in 3 Saturdays at most, 9 – 12:30

THE ROLE:

• Liaising with vendors, buyers, solicitors
• Carrying out property viewings
• Negotiating offers
• Booking viewings and appointments
• Property valuations (after training)
• Registering applications over the phone and face to face
• Progressing sales

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• 1 or 2 years experience in a similar role – desirable
• Confident speaking to sellers, buyers and solicitors
• Understanding of sales progression
• Excellent customer service
• People person
• Full driving licence and access to own car is essential
