We’re looking for a confident and enthusiastic individual to provide administration and support to the busy Sales Manager and the small team.
The ideal candidate will be an experienced Sales Support Administrator, who thrives on working under pressure and is a pro-active problem solver.
Role Overview
The Sales Support Administrator is responsible for all the administrative components associated with supporting the sales team.
Key Responsibilities of the Role
Provide an exceptional first impression for all customers when handling all lines of enquiries that come through the Sales Office
Liaise with customers and clients in a professional, polite and respectful manner
Working with the central marketing team and products team to assist with any administration support as and when required.
Management of all information on CRM and IT systems
The candidate:
Previous experience in a sales support or administrative role within a fast-paced environment is preferred.
Strong organisational and multitasking skills with exceptional attention to detail. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with clients and internal teams.
Proficient computer skills, including MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and CRM software.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team, managing priorities and meeting deadlines.
Strong problem-solving abilities with a customer-centric approach.
