Sales Progressor

My client are seeking a Sales Progressor to join their friendly team in Gloucester. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with excellent customer service or admin experience to join a people-focussed business.

THE ROLE:

• Liaising with vendors and purchasers to ensure smooth and quick transition for exchange of contracts
• Updating vendors and buyers on the sale
• Chasing Solicitors, Mortgage companies and Estate Agents involved in the process
• Updating customer records

SKILLS AND ATTRIBUTES:

• Exceptional customer service
• Excellent communicator
• Telephone manner
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Confident and capable of dealing with pressurised situations
• Positive attitude
• Computer literate
• Knowledge on property – desirable
