I’m currently recruiting for a sales support administrator to join an award-winning global manufacturing company. The successful candidates will be joining the sales support team on a 3 month contract with potential to become indefinite!

Duties

• Daily contact with customers to provide updates and deal with queries
• Processing customer orders
• Co-ordinate and communicate internally with different departments
• General admin for internal and external teams
• Process and expediate orders

The person

• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal
• Great attention to detail
• Ability to listen
• Time management and organisation skills
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Experience with manufacturing (desirable)
• Great knowledge of Microsoft Office
• Previous Knowledge of ERP systems
