Scheduler

Are you looking for a Temporary position? Are you looking for an office based role? Do you have expereince of scheduling engineers? Based in Quedgeley, Gloucester you will be scheduling engineers diaries to support the functions within the team. This is an ongoing temporary position and you need to have experience scheduling contractors or engineers to different sites. Monday – Friday 08:00am – 17:00pm with a salary off £22,000 – £25,000.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• To complete all engineer work schedules   
• Effective utilisation, efficiency and productivity of the field engineers  
• High levels of communication with the Reactive team.
• Scheduling tool to aid the completion of projects.  
• Scheduling of engineers out onsite.
• To escalate outstanding jobs ensuring all tasks are mitigated where applicable.  
• To provide support to the Management Team and Team Leader.  

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience scheduling / planning of engineers.
• Logistics industry experience.
• Excellent skills with Microsoft Word Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook etc.
• High attention to detail
• Excellent communication skills – both written and verbally
• Ability to manage time effectively.
• Efficient and highly organised
• Good team player and highly customer focussed.
• A great sense of humour highly beneficial, but not essential!
