DBS Ready to go/ Willing to be DBS checked/ On the update service.

Immediate start.

A school based in Gloucester are looking for a Temporary School Administrator to join the team for initially the next 3 weeks this could be longer. You will need to have a DBS ready to go ideally or on the update service. This is a great opportunity for someone who has experience working in a school as an administrator or an office clerk or someone with strong administration experience who’s immediatley available. You will have a friendly personality, stong computer skills and administration experience. 

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Registration of students and staff members.
• Reponding to questions and queries via phone and email.
• Relaying messages and information to members of staff.
• Build strong professional relationships with Staff and Parents.
• Greeting and directing visitors.
• Signing in/out books for visitors and staff.

Skills and Attributes:

• DBS Checked and cleared.
• Friendly personality.
• School administration experience preferable OR strong administration experience.
