To coordinate and administrate the general daily flow of customer and engineer correspondence. Administration of the maintenance planner, orders and maintenance renewals and the logging of daily activities onto the CASH reporting system. The Service and Operations Coordinator supports the delivery of installations, service and maintenance works with day-to-day client and engineer focused activities. As the heart of the operations department and as the primary contact with our clients the role focuses on delivering exceptional service and support that deliver and uphold our values.
