A high-end provider of Luxury cars is looking to welcome an enthusiastic and charismatic individual to join the family as a customer service advisor. This is a permanent, full-time position that offers exciting benefits, a very competitive salary package and a great working environment.

Role Responsibilities:

• Welcoming and greeting visitors to the venue, providing them with exceptional service as soon as they arrive.
• Managing the appearance of the showroom to exceptionally high standards.
• Updating the company website.
• Listing car adverts on the website and various other platforms.
• Following up on leads within set SLA’s when other executives are busy.
• Ordering supplies and refreshments.

What are we looking for?

• Excellent customer service ability.
• Strong administrative ability, able to utilise office suite.
• An individual with an interest in high-end/luxury cars.
• Educated to A level or Equivalent.
