My client based right in the heart of Cheltenham city centre are looking for a Showroom manager to be the face of their brand new showroom. This is an exceptional opportunity for someone who’s wanting to join an ever growing company where lots of opportunities are on the horizon. You’ll be able to implement new ideas and take control of a brand new showroom which is in a prime location. Whether you’ve worked in retail or sales this could be an excellent step up! With a starting salary of £26,000 – £28,000 OTE £40,000 and uncapped position working 09:00am – 17:30pm 5 days a week this really is not only an exciting but one of a kind opportunities.

Roles and Responsibilities of a Showroom Manager:

• Reporting to and working with the Regional Showroom Manager
• Managing an end to end sales process
• Keeping an in-depth knowledge of company products
• Upselling key items to customers
• Resolving customer queries and issues
• Liaising with key stakeholders within the business
• Tracking and reporting the showroom’s sales figures
• Managing the showroom’s space and visual merchandising

Skills and Attributes of a Showroom Manager:

• Experience of managing a showroom independently.
• Sales experience.
• Excellent customer service ability.
• Able to work independently and also part of a team.
