Showroom Manager

Do you have Supervisor / Management experience within retail?

My client are seeking a Showroom Manager to join an exciting business in Birmingham. You will be managing a showroom, performance of the team and the sales in store. Working 40 hours a week Monday to Saturday with a day off in the week, yearly bonus, fantastic career progression opportunities and great benefits as detailed below.

Key Responsibilities:

• Take responsibility for the overall sales performance within the showroom.
• Take responsibility for members of staff within the showroom.
• Service and advise customers in store.
• Provide information on product range within store.

Skills and Attributes:

• Retail manager / supervisor experience.
• Natural leader!
• Ability to build a rapport with external and internal stakeholders.
