Are you looking for your next Sous Chef role? Our client is a luxury Cotswold Manor House Hotel in which is part of a larger hotel group. They pride themselves in being a blend of country-house character and contemporary four-star luxury. The food style is a classic British and French infusion that utilises fresh, local, and seasonal produce.

The role:

• Sous Chef – to support the head Chef in ensuring the efficient, and effective running of the kitchen.
• To ensure that the preparation and presentation of the food is to a high standard and complies with food safety regulations.
• To support the achievement of budgeted food gross profit

The Person:

• 2 years experience of working in a similar environment.
• Highly organised, with a friendly, calm, and confident manner
• A passion for cooking and an interest in using local, seasonal produce.
• A flexible approach to working hours (including some evening and weekends)

• 31k Annual Salary
• Service gratuity on top (80% shared monthly between all staff and 20% kept back for yearend pay out)
• 3 Meals provided daily.
• Accommodation on site (£61.50 per week deducted from monthly payslip)
