RE Recruitment’s hospitality division are in search of an experienced Sous Chef for a permanent, position in a spectacular hotel in Worcestershire. The role would be suited to a passionate Sous Chef who is able to demonstrate previous experience of delivering an exceptional menu at five star or 2 rosette level, able to maintain a high standard of food safety, and work collaboratively within a team, as well as taking leadership responsibilities in the absence of the Head Chef.

Must have’s for working as a Sous Chef with our client:

• Food Safety Level 2
• Great communication skills
• Ability to deliver a sophisticated menu to a consistently high standard
• Able to lead a team, and carry out kitchen management tasks in the absence of the Head Chef
• Own transport desirable
