Our client, based in Cheltenham, are looking for a Stock Integrity Manager to join their team, leading a medium-sized team to improve accuracy and integrity.
A Stock Integrity Manager will be responsible for:
- Planning and monitoring team performance and progress
- Developingand roll out short and long termStock Integrity function plans
- Continuous improvement of existing processes, making changes incrementally as required
- Producing KPIs on team and stock integrity performance on a monthly basis, and MI reports as required
- Aligning workflows with all Logistics areas of the business, adhering to the Cycle Count Plan
- Liaising with all UK supply and sales teams to ensure all data is captured and variances, adjustments and counts are all measured and reported on accurately
- Maintaining the highest standards at all times
- Carrying out 1-1 reviews with team members and developing the team to reach their full potential
The successful Stock Integrity Manager will:
- Have proven experience in managing a team of at least 7 staffin a cross functional, multi-discipline team
- Show a demonstrable track record in Cycle Count and inventory management, including investigating stock discrepancies
- Understand, and display competence using a MRP system
- Possess a sound understanding of EHS operations
- Display strong commercial acumen
- Be a competent IT user, with advanced Microsoft Office skills
- Demonstrate a history of building strong working relationships with key stakeholders
- Have excellent communication skills, managing a team in a proactive way with a flexible approach
- Be able to work on their own initiative, with confident decision making and time management skills
