• Gloucester, parking on site
• £22,000 – £25,000 DOE
• 7.15am to 4.15pm Mon-Thurs and on a Friday finish at 12.15pm

Due to demand, a global engineering business is looking for a store’s person, to control all receipt issues and maintain all stores related tasks. There has never been a more exciting time to join the business, at the peak of growth following exciting developments. Roles & Responsibilities

• Responsible for stock control within the stores.
• Inventory management and stock adjustments as required. Identification of stock shortages.
• Goods in visual inspection.
• Entering information into MRP system. Preparing documents as required.
• Using a FLT to unload deliveries and move stock. Operating overhead crane as required.
• Ensure excellent house-keeping standards are maintained throughout the stores area.
• Packing and inspection when required (cross training can be provided).

What are we looking for?

• Ability to work alone and as part of a team.
• Ability to demonstrate attention to detail and meeting productivity standards.
• At least 1 year’s stores experience, ideally within a engineering environment.
• Preferably hold the following – FLT (reach), overhead crane, counterbalance. Training provided if expired.
• Candidate must be punctual, show initiative, and can adapt to changes in the work environment.
• Occasional lift/move up to 25 pounds.
