Supervisor – Production

Permanent – Full-Time Monday-Friday 37.5 hours

Hereford – 25,000-30,000 DOE

As a supervisor, you would be responsible for all the production activities within the factory.

The Role:

• The primary duties include planning, co-ordinating and controlling all the steps in the production
• Overseeing manufacturing and production processes
• Responsible for the day to day running of the shift
• Creating and executing daily, weekly, and annual production schedules
• People Management skills
• Striving to reduce expenses and increase productively
• Recording all production data and updating computer systems when required
• Implementing all the companies’ policies and procedures
• Communicating any problems or obstacles to Senior Management
• Monitoring productivity rate, standards, and quality control
• Implementing safety, health, and environment and quality requirements.

The Person:

• Experienced production operative, ready to take the next step in their career with direct exposure to supervisor/Team leader role
• Supervisor/Team Leader experience preferred – ideally within a production/manufacturing environment however other environments may be considered
• Computer literate
• Strong communication skills
