Supply Chain Coordinator

Are you looking for a role where you can use a variety of skills? Do you have a background in planning and procurement? Based in Bishops Cleeve, working 09:00am – 17:00pm this is an excellent opportunity for someone with experience in Supply Chain/ procurement and planning to join an ever growing team. You will be within the operations team working as a production planner whilst also liaising with suppliers. With a starting salary of £25,000 – £28,000 this is a great opportunity.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Liaise with suppliers to ensure service levels are maintained, including quality and delivery times, and issues regarding shortages are effectively managed.
• Produce the weekly production plan against customer orders
• Ensure raw materials and packaging are available in time for new product launch dates
• Work with Operations team to ensure the production plan is implemented
• Carryout monthly stock valuations and provide report to finance team

Skills and Attributes:

• Purchasing experience.
• Planning experience.
• Speaking with suppliers.
• Good written and communication skills.
• Experience of conducting audits.
