Cheltenham

£30,000 per annum + bonuses (Package circa £36k)

Monday to Friday, 37.5 hours a week, 8:30am to 5:00pm, 1 hour 

Are you a dynamic, service focused people manager looking for a new challenge?

Due internal promotion an exciting opportunity for a team leader has become available to manage a small customer service team at a well-regarded, international organisation. The role will be a varied position covering all aspects of service provision, line management, team development and coaching.

You will be joining a rapidly growing, company with excellent career progression opportunities.

The role:

• You will directly manage and motivate line reports
• Ensuring performance management
• Contributing to the continuous improvements to the service and their processes
• Coach and develop staff
• Complete regular 1:1’s and performance appraisals
• Complete work load allocations
• Act as the escalation point for more complex queries
• Ensure the team deliver excellent service, completing quality assurance calls

The person:

• A proven track record of successfully leading a team
• Strong communication skills coupled with excellent relationship building skills
• Be adept at delivering and continuously improving high quality services
• A passion for coaching and mentoring the team
• Excellent organisation skills and attention to detail
• Ability to multi-task and work in a fast-paced environment
• Be able to use own initiative and solve problems
• Be educated to degree level
• Leadership training beneficial
