Monday to Friday 8:30AM to 5:00PM

Our client are a long established family owned British dairy company and are looking for a technical assistant to join their team!

Job Responsibilities –

• Ensure the Site KPI reports are completed correctly/accurately and submitted to agreeddeadlines.
• Ensure that site document control system is updated and the documentation kept in orderly manner.
• Create and maintain all technical schedules and report discrepancies.
• Provide trend analysis as directed / requested.
• Maintain complaint log and provide appropriate reports to relevant customers or organizations.
• Be involved in factory trials when required by Technical Manager.
• Adhere to the requirements of the Data Protection Act and company policies in respect of confidentiality and disclosure of data.
• Be able to create or update existing labels for production by using relevant systems.
• Ensure that all relevant documents are updated on introduction of new products.
• Play an integral role in audits by customers and external bodies.
• Provide technical support to customers and suppliers.

Skills and Abilities –

• Good IT skills, including Excel and Powerpoint
• Attention to detail, accuracy and speed
• Team worker
• Good communication skills to communicate with customers and suppliers
• Well organised and able to hit deadlines
