Telesales Executive
Cheltenham
Salary – £23,000 plus commission
Monday to Friday 8:30am – 5:30pm
Our client is the leading commercial catering equipment and modular kitchen supplier to both public and private sector clients across the globe. This is an exciting opportunity for a high energy, articulate and self-starter to develop their career. As an Business Development Executive you will be responsible for identifying and engaging potential new customers from provided calling lists, supporting our commercial team/ strategy and effectively maintaining the internal CRM system with all the necessary data.
Responsibilities for this role will include;
- Engage with all different types of businesses via outbound calls, emails, LinkedIn, etc.
- Develop a robust pipeline of verified opportunities and appointments to pass on to the Commercial Managers.
- Be responsible for achieving monthly call & meeting targets.
- Provide weekly feedback on the calls, data, appointments and customers.
- Keep CRM accurate and up to date, entering all info from customer interactions.
- Other ad hoc responsibilities as required for the successful performance of the role.
Essential Criteria:
- Drive and ambition for sales and desire to develop your career;
- High energy and a solid work ethic;
- Excellent communication skills – both written and verbal;
- Confidence and capability to engage with people at all levels;
- Excellent organisational and time management capability.
Desirable Criteria:
- Previous experience and success in outbound telesales/ telemarketing or appointment setting;
- Prior CRM experience;
- Proven track record of exceeding targets and KPI’s in telephone based environment.
