A fantastic trainee office administrator/administration apprenticeship opportunity has become available within a leading law firm.
This would suit a school leaver looking for their first office job. You will provide administrative support to the legal support team, including photocopying, scanning, compliance checks, filing and archiving, general typing.
Answer and forward the overflow from reception and passing calls to the necessary Fee Earners/Partners concerned or if they are unavailable to their Assistant.
Provide administrative support to the Conveyancing Department
Sort incoming and outgoing post and scanning onto system.
Opening Residential Conveyancing files and archiving them when necessary.
Carry out general administration duties such as filing, photocopying, faxing
Upload documents to the Land Registry portal
Perform other duties as assigned by the Secretarial/Managerial staff
Keep updated with training courses
Skills / Qualifications / Experiences Required
Good organisational skills and ability to deal with routine tasks without supervision
Strong IT Skills: adaptability to information systems quickly, ability to learn how to use case management systems effectively
Clear and concise communication, both written and verbal
Courteous, considerate and respectful to clients and other members of the team
