Due to growth a Trainee Project Manager is required for a nationwide HVAC company based in Hereford. The Trainee Project Manager would complete adhoc roles whilst learning.

It is required that the candidate understand this is an entry level role and would need to learn and develop with the company, learning off those in role and gaining relevant qualifications.

The Role:

• Learning to Managing projects up to the value of £1,500,000 from initial inception to handover.
• Learning to complete Site visits, surveys, designs, estimations, and quotations.
• Learning to Negotiate & purchase materials.
• Learning to supervise labour, commissioning, client training and O&M’s.
• Learning to Managing a team of at least 8 direct PAYE Installations Engineers plus sub-contractors.
• Learning to deliver projects on time and in budget.
• Site based, and office based.

The Person:

• Someone who Is looking to develop a career with HVAC Project Management. Training and development provided.
• Excellent organisational skills with the ability to meet deadlines.
• Strong commercial awareness
• Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written
• Good attention to detail
• Experience with project management – Desirable
• Experience, with responsibility for running projects– Desirable.
• Computer literate, proficient in MS Office (Outlook, Excel, Word) and MS Projects Desirable.
