We are looking for a Recruitment Consultant to come and work within our Office in Cardiff. Safehands Recruitment is a well-established Health and Social Care Recruitment business that is expanding and growing rapidly. Due to this, we are now looking to grow and expand the team.
Experience working in a fast-paced environment and excellent attention to detail is of the upmost importance.
Responsibilities will include:
· Ensuring all staff, new and existing are always compliant
· Pre-screening and interviewing potential new starters
· Bringing on new clients through business development
· Full responsibility for advertising relevant to staffing needs
· Maintain both internal and external relationships in line with company expectation
· Arranging and assisting with the training and support of staff
· Efficiently dealing with client and candidate issues, monitoring clear and effective outcomes
· Analysing client requirements and matching our service to meet their needs in conjunction with Branch Manager
· Meeting pre agreed KPI’s
· Management of staff to ensure service delivery level is met
· Recruitment and selection with strategic business planning, ensuring adequate new starters available to meet the demands of the business
· Full responsibility for new temporary starters, completing all paperwork inline with company policies and procedures, in an accurate and timely manner
· Providing excellent customer service
· Assisting the team with evening on call on a rota basis
· Assisting with identifying new potential clients through lead generation
Objectives:
· The objective is to work effectively and efficiently with the Branch Manager
· Developing and maintaining service level excellence, in line with Company policies and procedures
· Assisting with the development and growth of the Branch
· Working in accordance to the standards and regulations ensuring Branch Compliance.
· The position involves working closely with the Manager and Consultants to ensure the smooth and profitably running of the Branch. This is a ‘hands on role’

Hours and Environment:
· You will usually work office hours Monday – Friday
· Your role may also include travelling to other offices or attending corporate entertainment event
