Transaction Manager

Based in Gloucester, I’m seeking a highly experienced and motivated Transaction Manager to join their dynamic team. As a Transaction Manager, you will play a key role in driving sales and achieving business objectives by exceeding sales plans and budgets, including new and used cars, F&I, value-added products, and manufacturer targets. £26,000 basic salary with £50,000 uncapped annual on-target-earnings Monday to Saturday 8:30am-6:00pm (scheduled day off in the week), and 1 in 3 Sundays 10.00am-4.00pm on a rota.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Work with our client’s car sales team.
• Responsible for facilitating the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products to our client’s customers when purchasing a vehicle.
• Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance, and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA guidelines.
• Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Car Sales Executives.
• Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
• Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
• Upskill the sales team by training in finance and insurance.

Skills and Attributes:

• Transaction Manager or at a similar or higher level within an franchise approved car dealership.
• UK driving license with minimal points.
• Desire to produce results.
• Be able to build outstanding customer relationships.
