Transport Administrator - IMMEDIATE START REQUIRED

Seeking a Transport Administrator, to work for a superb business based in Cheltenham. Your position will be to support the business with administration duties. This is an extremely varied position, of which every day will different. Offering a superb salary of £24,000 – £27,000 per annum. You MUST be available to start immediately.

The role as Transport Administrator:

• Daily recording on an Excel spreadsheet and producing end of month reports.
• Ordering office equipment and personal protective equipment (PPE) for employees.
• Working with HR and H&S to ensure new employees are processed correctly.
• Liaising with drivers with general queries.
• Taking minutes at meetings.
• General administration duties, including dealing with the post, filing, general letter writing.
• Carrying out monthly stationery stock checks and re-ordering where necessary.
• Managing the petty cash; daily cash sales; update training records; and manage the 6-monthly driving licence checks.

Skills and attributes required:

• Excellent administration skills.
• Computer literate.
• Confident telephone manner with excellent organisational skills.
• Customer service.
• Ideally hold a full UK driving licence.
