Administrator/Advisor
Our client, the UK’s biggest manufacturer of timber goods, based in Hartlebury are looking for administrators to join their customer service/transport division, supporting a wide range of order processing activities, office dependent.
Salary:
£19,760 per year.
Hours
Monday- Friday 0830-1700.
Tasks:
- Collecting orders to be processed from customer online portals.
- Maintaining and updating order statuses within customer online portals.
- Updating spreadsheets with accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial information.
- Producing reports from various systems, as required.
- Reconciling internal order banks with carriers’ systems.
- Processing orders, collections, failed deliveries, and spare parts.
- Providing customers with stock availability and order information.
- Creating product labels and driver paperwork.
- Liaising with customers and drivers, as well as general enquiries by email and telephone, as required.
- General administrative duties.
- Any other duty, as reasonably requested by Management.
Skills, Abilities and Behaviors:
- Able to work with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency, in a fast-paced environment.
- Able to communicate with customers and internal departments, at all levels, in a professional, courteous manner, both face to face and by telephone or email.
- Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
- Experience of using Excel and Sage systems is desirable.
- To act as a role model by demonstrating the company values and carrying out any other duties, as reasonably requested.
