Our client, the UK’s biggest manufacturer of timber goods, based in Hartlebury are looking for administrators to join their customer service/transport division, supporting a wide range of order processing activities, office dependent.
£19,760 per year.
Monday- Friday 0830-1700.
Collecting orders to be processed from customer online portals.
Maintaining and updating order statuses within customer online portals.
Updating spreadsheets with accurate Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) and financial information.
Producing reports from various systems, as required.
Reconciling internal order banks with carriers’ systems.
Processing orders, collections, failed deliveries, and spare parts.
Providing customers with stock availability and order information.
Creating product labels and driver paperwork.
Liaising with customers and drivers, as well as general enquiries by email and telephone, as required.
General administrative duties.
Any other duty, as reasonably requested by Management.
Skills, Abilities and Behaviors:
Able to work with a high level of accuracy, attention to detail and efficiency, in a fast-paced environment.
Able to communicate with customers and internal departments, at all levels, in a professional, courteous manner, both face to face and by telephone or email.
Strong organisational skills, with the ability to prioritise workload.
Experience of using Excel and Sage systems is desirable.
To act as a role model by demonstrating the company values and carrying out any other duties, as reasonably requested.
20 days holiday plus bank holiday (rises with length of employment).
