Transport Manager

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Leasing with customers, drivers, international transport team & workshop
• Scheduling daily workloads and planning.
• Checking customer schedules
• General administration, booking in work
• Taking new enquiries
• Preparing quotations.
• Dealing with customer queries
• Customs clearance
• Adnormal Load notifications
• Preparing RAMS/Lift plans
• Managing customer accounts
• Ordering fuel
• Arranging site visits
• Scheduling daily workloads and planning.

Skills and Attributes:

• Experience in transport management.
• Effective communication via phone, email, and face to face.
• Have a good understanding of third-party haulage.
• Hold a CPC licence.
• Computer literate.
