Warehouse and Logistics Manager

Working Monday – Friday 08:30am – 17:00pm and a starting salary of up to £50,000 you will be an integral part of the logistics team.

Roles and Responsibilities:

• Manage and lead the Warehouse and Logistics teams through the structure of supervisors, whilst maintaining stock control systems and ensuring inventories are accurate.
• Ensure all productivity targets are met or exceeded.
• Organise the recruitment, training and development of staff, as well as monitor staff performance and progress, and carry out PDRs as required.
• Work closely with the QHSE Manager to ensure quality standards are maintained.
• Maintain the highest standards of health, safety, hygiene, and security in the work environment

Skills and Attributes:

• Years experience in a fast-paced next day delivery Warehouse and Logistics environment.
• Experience within managment.
• Knowledge of the legal requirements of operating within a Warehouse and Logistics environment.
• Excellent planning and organisational skills.
• The ability to work to tight deadlines.
